We have confirmed cases where products were delivered with their original quality compromised — for example, due to long-term storage in hot and humid environments, or through repackaging from large bags into smaller packages.
Our top priority is to provide safe and reliable products to all our customers and their pets. However, because we cannot verify the storage conditions or repackaging processes of resold products, we are unable to guarantee their quality.
In light of this, we kindly request that you make future purchases only through our distributors:

*Bulk purchasing and deliveries to forwarding warehouses may be subject to cancellation.
Refund Policy in the Event of Cancellation
□ For credit card payments: The payment will be automatically voided at the time of order
cancellation.
□ For bank transfers: The payment will be refunded after the order is canceled. Customers are responsible for any bank transfer fees, which are non-refundable.
